Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales.

- Explain numerology and Vastu consultation services, courses, and crystal products.

- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.

- Maintain customer databases and update call records.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.

- Build positive customer relationships and provide basic product information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or direct sales.

- Basic English-speaking skills .

- Positive convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

- Target-oriented, confident, and customer-friendly approach.

- Prior experience in astrology, numerology, Vastu, spiritual products, or wellness courses will be preferred.
