? Location: Govind Bhaban, Brabourne Road, Near Mahakaran Metro Station, Kolkata

? Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite

? Salary: ₹8,000 - ₹10,000/month, based on experience and skills

? Experience: 1 - 6 Months

? Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to travel enquiries and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Share information about travel packages and services.
- Maintain lead records and update customer details in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the team to convert enquiries into bookings.

? Requirements





- 1-6 months of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
- Professional attitude and valuable follow-up skills.
