Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. Explain company products, services, offers, and pricing. Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.

Maintain customer details and call records in the system. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets. Handle customer objections professionally and politely. Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.

Provide regular reports to the team leader or manager.

Required Skills and QualificationsGood communication skills. Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills. Ability to convince customers and handle objections. Valuable listening and interpersonal skills. Patience, confidence, and a positive attitude. Knowledge of local languages and basic English is preferred.
