WE ARE HIRING - SALES TELECALLER ✈️ RYKA WORLD TOUR AND TRAVELS ✈️ We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident sales telecaller to connect with customers , understand their travel requirements , promote tour packages , generate leads and convert enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities : -Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on enquiries . -Explain the tour packages to customers . -Generate and convert travel leads into bookings . -Handle customer queries related to tour packages , itineraries , pricing and bookings. -Maintain daily call and customer enquiry report . -Maintain valuable customer relationships and provide excellent service .

Requirements : -Experience : 0-2 Years -Good communication and convincing skills . -Basic knowledge of MS office and excel. -Positive attitude and willingness to learn . -Good customer handling skills. -Fluent Marathi , Hindi , English -Interest in travel and tourism industry is an advantage.
