Job Summary

JC Fishnet is looking for an enthusiastic and sales-focused Telecalling Executive to connect with customers, generate leads, explain products or services, follow up with prospective customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain the company's products, services, and offers clearly.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up details.
- Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any graduate.




- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive communication skills in either Hindi, Gujarati or Marathi required.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel are preferred.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
- Excellent telephone communication skills.
- Lead generation and follow-up.
- Convincing and negotiation skills.
- Time management and target oriented.
- Patience and problem-solving ability.
