The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, following up with clients, and scheduling appointments for our interior design services.

Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

- Follow up with interested clients regarding home interior requirements.
- Explain our interior design services, offers, and packages to customers.
- Schedule appointments and showroom visits for the sales team.
- Maintain customer information and call records.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.





Requirements - 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.

- Good communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi.
- Confident, polite, and professional approach while speaking with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM tools.
- Ability to handle follow-ups and meet lead-generation targets.
- Must be comfortable working from the office.
