The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a problem-solving attitude and the ability to handle customer calls professionally.

Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding bookings, pickup and delivery requests, and service-related queries. Coordinate with customers, delivery partners and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Follow up on pending orders, delayed deliveries, cancellations and customer complaints.

Provide accurate information about services, pricing, booking status and delivery updates. Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate them to the concerned department when required. Make outbound calls for customer follow-ups, feedback, service updates and lead conversion.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints and follow-up activities.



Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely assistance. Meet daily calling targets and maintain service quality standards.

Required Skills Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati; basic English communication is an advantage. Previous experience in customer care, telecalling, customer support or logistics/delivery operations. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle customer complaints patiently and professionally. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM software. Good follow-up, coordination and time-management skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Eligibility Criteria Experience: 1-3 years in customer support, telecalling or a related role.

Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

Work Mode: Work from office.
