Key Responsibilities •⁠ ⁠Generate leads through cold calling, references, field visits and other sources. •⁠ ⁠Promote and sell Home Loans, Business Loans, Personal Loans and other financial products. •⁠ ⁠Identify potential customers and understand their financial requirements. •⁠ ⁠Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates and documentation requirements. •⁠ ⁠Build and maintain solid customer relationships. •⁠ ⁠Collect and verify customer documents, including KYC and income proofs. •⁠ ⁠Coordinate with banks, NBFCs and internal teams for loan processing and disbursement. •⁠ ⁠Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful business. •⁠ ⁠Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate lead records. •⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain relationships with DSA partners, referral agents and business associates
