We are looking for confident, energetic, and target-driven Telecallers to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with potential customers, explaining our offerings, following up on enquiries, and converting leads into sales.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and interested leads.
- Explain our offerings clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle customer questions and objections effectively.
- Convert interested leads into paying customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements





- Good communication skills in Malayalam.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Confidence in handling phone conversations.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Previous sales or telecalling experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
