The candidate will be responsible for daily calling, candidate follow-ups, explaining job opportunities, coordinating joining, and assisting candidates throughout the onboarding process. Key ResponsibilitiesMake daily outbound calls to Blue Collar candidates.

Explain job roles, salary, location, working conditions, and joining process. Identify interested and eligible candidates. Follow up with candidates regularly until successful joining. Coordinate candidate documentation and onboarding.

Maintain daily calling and recruitment trackers. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets. Re-engage old and pending candidates through regular follow-ups. Resolve candidate queries related to jobs and joining.

Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment records. Submit daily performance reports to the Team Leader/Manager. Focus on successful joining and onboarding , not just call volume.

Required

SkillsGood communication and convincing skills. Solid telecalling and follow-up ability.



Candidate handling and recruitment skills. Basic computer/Excel knowledge. Ability to work with daily and monthly targets.

Good time management and discipline. Result-oriented and self-motivated approach. Previous experience in telecalling, recruitment, sales, or customer handling will be an advantage. Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
