Position Telecaller and Back Office Executive

Location Kolkata

Salary Rs 10000 to Rs 15000 per month

Job Responsibilities

Make calls to corporate clients and introduce hotel services

Generate business leads and identify potential clients

Fix appointments and schedule meetings for the sales team

Follow up with leads and prospective corporate clients

Send emails and share hotel information with potential customers

Maintain client databases call records and follow up reports

Handle back office tasks email correspondence and documentation

Coordinate with the sales team to develop business opportunities

Requirements

Good communication skills in English and Hindi Bengali preferred

Basic computer knowledge email handling and MS Excel skills

Good calling coordination and follow up abilities

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
