- Counsel prospective candidates regarding courses, career opportunities, and training programs.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in inquiries.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective candidates and update status in CRM.

- Coordinate with the academics, finance and admins for smooth operations

- Assist candidates with registration, documentation, and payment collection.

- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, status in daily report.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support through effective communication

- Technical/Software knoweldge will be added advantage

- Qualification
- Degree or diploma

- Experience

- Minimum 6 months exp in same role

- Work Time : 10 AM - 6 PM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
