We are seeking a sales-minded Telecaller to handle outbound outreach and client communications. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, introducing them to our upcoming residential and commercial construction projects, qualifying leads, and scheduling site visits for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential leads and database contacts to introduce Raj Buildcon’s properties and projects.

- Understand client requirements and provide accurate information regarding pricing, locations, and construction updates.

- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective leads and regularly follow up with interested clients.

- Schedule and coordinate site visits between prospective buyers and our field sales executives.

- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and performance metrics.
