Hitayu Holistic Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, handling customer queries, following up on orders, and helping customers with product-related information.

We are looking for individuals with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build robust customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding orders, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Handle incoming customer calls and resolve basic queries.
- Explain product details, offers, and order-related information to customers.
- Follow up with customers to confirm orders and assist with pending orders.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales,



customer support, and dispatch teams when required.
- Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Good listening skills, patience, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and meet performance targets.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
