Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Dadri. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to salons and skincare professionals, provide product information, and respond to customer inquiries. Daily tasks include explaining Biolume’s skincare solutions, sharing details of training programs, and supporting salons with order placement and follow-up.

The role involves maintaining call records, updating customer databases, and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and promotions. The Telecaller will focus on building strong relationships, understanding client needs,



and contributing to customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear spoken English or Hindi, active listening, and professional telephone etiquette.
- Candidates should possess customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle queries, resolve basic issues, and maintain a courteous, solution-oriented approach.
- Candidates should possess basic sales and persuasion skills, with the ability to explain product benefits, handle objections, and encourage orders or participation in training programs.
- Candidates should possess organizational and computer skills, including call documentation, data entry in CRM or spreadsheets, and accurate record keeping.
- Candidates should possess time management and multitasking abilities to manage call volumes, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams efficiently.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales (preferably in beauty, wellness, or skincare) is beneficial.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; additional training or coursework in communication, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Dadri and willingness to follow established processes and performance targets.
