Earth Sky Buildcon is a construction and building solutions company involved in residential construction, farmhouses, villas, and related construction services. We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to support our sales and marketing activities.

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads for construction projects, farmhouses, villas, and residential buildings.
- Handle incoming enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, websites, and other marketing channels.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Explain the company's construction services and arrange meetings or site visits for interested clients.
- Maintain daily call records, lead details, and follow-up reports in Excel or CRM software.
- Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings, quotations, and project enquiries.
- Maintain a skilled and polite approach while communicating with clients.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 12th pass, graduate, or diploma holder.




- Freshers are welcome; candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with a construction company, architecture firm, interior design firm, or architectural institute.
- Candidates with knowledge of construction services, architecture, interior design, or real estate will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi are essential; basic English communication is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge, WhatsApp handling, and MS Excel skills are desirable.
- Must be confident, organized, and comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary: ₹8,500 – ₹12,000, depending on skills and experience.

- Incentives may be offered based on lead generation and performance, subject to company policy.
