Telecaller / Appointment Setter – Senior & Disability Care (Individual or Agency)

About FaceEcho

FaceEcho (faceecho.ai) is a health-tech company. Our AI face scan, taken on a phone, screens for signs of 30+ health issues in about two minutes. We are also building a care robot that visits residents once a week for a short health check-in, so staff and families notice changes early. We work with senior care, senior housing and disability care providers, starting in India and then the US.

Who can apply

Independent callers and appointment-setting agencies are equally welcome. If you are an agency, tell us who on your team would make the calls and how you would run the campaign.

Your role in one line

Your job is to get the right decision-makers at senior care, senior housing and disability care facilities onto a meeting or demo with the FaceEcho team, and to make sure that meeting actually happens.

Who you will call

You will call senior care homes, senior living and assisted living communities, and disability care centres, starting in India. Some of these facilities already use temi robots and some do not; you will call both. The people you need to reach are owners, executive directors, administrators and directors of nursing. If the person who answers is not the decision-maker, your job is to find out who is and how to reach them.

What a typical day looks like

You start from the lead list we give you, which has the facility name, location, phone number and, where we have them, a contact name, email and LinkedIn profile. You call each facility, introduce yourself on behalf of FaceEcho, and ask for the right person. When you reach them, you explain in simple words what FaceEcho does and why it helps their residents and their facility, answer their first questions, and offer a short online meeting or demo with our team.

If they agree, you book the meeting at a time that suits them and send a calendar invite. If they are not ready,

you agree a follow-up date and note it. If a number is wrong or the facility is not a fit, you mark it so we do not call again.

Following up

Most meetings come from follow-up, not the first call. You will follow up with each lead by phone, email and LinkedIn until a meeting is booked or the lead clearly says no. You will use the email and message templates we give you, and adjust them to the person you are speaking to.

Qualifying each lead

Before a meeting is booked, find out the basics so our team is prepared: the facility type, how many residents it has, who makes the decision, whether they already use a robot or any health monitoring, what problem matters most to them, and when they might want to start.

Making sure meetings happen A meeting only counts when it takes place. The day before and the morning of each meeting, you confirm with the contact by phone, email or WhatsApp. If they need to move it, you reschedule it straight away.

Keeping records

After every call, you update the CRM with the outcome, notes and the next step and date. At the end of each week, you send us a short summary of calls made, meetings booked and held, and what prospects asked or objected to, with your suggestions for improving the pitch.

Helping with pilots

When a facility is interested in trying FaceEcho, you help set up the pilot: collect the details we need, coordinate dates with the facility and our team, and keep in touch until it starts.

What you will not do

You do not need to give medical advice or explain how the technology works in detail; our team covers that in the meeting. FaceEcho screens for signs of health issues and never diagnoses, so never describe it as a diagnosis.

Training and support

Before you start, we will train you on the FaceEcho app, the robot, our pitch, common questions and how to handle objections. You will have a call script, email and message templates, the lead list and access to our CRM, and you can reach our team for help at any time.

What we are looking for

Experience in B2B cold calling or appointment setting, ideally with senior care, senior living, disability care or other healthcare providers. Transparent, confident spoken English and Hindi. Comfortable explaining a product and handling questions and objections politely. Organised, self-driven and comfortable working in a CRM. The person who will make the calls must take a 30-minute proctored multiple-choice test before selection.

Pay

Please quote your rate. You can propose a monthly base, a fee per meeting held, an hourly rate, or a mix. A meeting counts when it actually takes place. We start with a one-month trial, paid weekly, and offer a longer contract to strong performers.

How to apply

Please email us at [email protected] with the subject "Telecaller application - Faceecho.ai". In your email, include your quote for this role and how you usually charge, your experience setting meetings with senior care, senior living, disability care or other healthcare providers including which country and what product, and a link to a one-minute voice recording (Google Drive, Loom or similar) of you introducing yourself as if you were calling the director of a senior care home. Agencies, please send a recording from the person who would make the calls, and tell us your team size, who would work on this campaign, and one or two healthcare clients you have booked meetings for.
