Job Title: Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team in the elevator and lift solutions industry.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
- Explain the company's products and services to customers.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up status.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and support sales activities.

Requirements:





- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer interaction.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to handle customer enquiries and follow-ups effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
