About the Role

We are looking for experienced telecallers to join our growing team. You will call prospective customers, explain our products or services, follow up on leads, and close sales. If you are confident on the phone and enjoy meeting targets, this role offers a steady salary plus the chance to earn extra through incentives.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads and prospective customers
- Explain products and services clearly and handle objections
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales
- Maintain accurate call records and lead updates
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and closing targets

Requirements

- Prior telecalling experience is mandatory
- Good communication skills and a pleasant,



confident phone manner
- Fluency in [Malayalam / English / Hindi / add languages as needed]
- Ability to work towards targets
- Basic computer knowledge

Salary and Perks

- Fixed salary: ₹18,000 per month

Working Hours

- Ladies: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Gentlemen: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month

Education

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
- Customer relationship management: 2 years (Preferred)
- Direct sales: 2 years (Preferred)
