Rexon Interiors & Landscaping is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers, handling enquiries, and following up with potential clients interested in our interior design and landscaping services.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on enquiries.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer questions.
- Explain our interior design, landscaping, and related services to prospective clients.
- Generate leads and arrange appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain customer information and call records.
- Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into business opportunities.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Malayalam fluency is essential; basic English communication is an advantage.




- Confidence in making calls and interacting with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel are preferred.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
