SocialChamps is hiring on behalf of its Real Estate client, for the position of Senior Tele-Caller.

We are looking for a Senior Tele-Caller with 3–4 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English, have experience handling a team of 4 or more members, and possess strong communication and customer-handling skills. The candidate should be qualified, proactive, and capable of managing customer enquiries and day-to-day tele-calling operations efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria

- 3–4 years of relevant tele-calling experience in the real estate industry.
- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Prior experience managing or handling a team of four or more members.
- Good computer knowledge and basic email-handling skills.
- Professional communication and customer-handling abilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries professionally over telephone calls and emails.




- Communicate with prospective customers politely and courteously.
- Manage customer enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with and supervise a team of tele-callers.
- Maintain professionalism and a presentable approach while interacting with customers.
- Use computer systems to manage enquiries and perform day-to-day calling-related activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with strong communication skills, team-handling experience, and a background in real estate tele-calling are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
