Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-friendly Telecaller to support our Software Department. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, explaining software products and services, following up on enquiries, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers regarding software products and services.
- Explain software features, benefits, and basic functionalities to customers.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, leads, and pending requirements.
- Coordinate with the Software and Technical Support teams to address customer queries.
- Schedule product demonstrations and customer follow-up calls, as required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and follow-up activities.




- Support customer onboarding and gather feedback on software usage.
- Ensure professional communication and maintain good customer relationships.

Required Skills
- Positive verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain information clearly.
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn software products.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Interested in customer interaction and software-related services.
- Comfortable making regular outbound calls and following up with customers.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
