- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective B2B or B2C customers to introduce water solution products (RO, UV, softeners, alkaline ionizers). [1, 2]

- Inbound Handling: Answer incoming customer calls, address product inquiries, and resolve basic troubleshooting or service requests. [1, 2]

- Lead Generation & Follow-up: Qualify leads, share product brochures/catalogs via WhatsApp, and track regular follow-ups to close sales. [1, 2]

- Service & Maintenance Reminders: Call existing customers for annual maintenance contract (AMC) renewals, filter replacements, or routine check-ups.

- Database Management: Log and update customer details, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules accurately in the company CRM or Excel sheets. [1, 2]

- Target Achievement: Work toward daily and monthly calling, lead, or conversion targets.
