Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with potential clients, generate business leads, and introduce our IT services to businesses. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses.
- Introduce the company's IT services, including website development and other digital solutions.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Schedule meetings and arrange discussions between interested clients and the technical team.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
- Work towards lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Requirements

- Good verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and potential clients.
- Basic knowledge of computers and internet-based tools.




- Ability to explain services clearly and professionally.
- A willingness to learn about IT services and digital solutions.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or lead generation is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of website development, digital marketing, or IT services.
- Experience using Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
