Overview

We are seeking a motivated Caller to join our team. As a Caller, you will play a crucial role in engaging potential customers through outbound calling activities.

Duties

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products or services
- Communicate effectively to build rapport and understand customer needs
- Utilize warm calling techniques to engage customers positively
- Assist in business development efforts by identifying current sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients

Experience

- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service
- Familiarity with technical sales and market trends is a plus
- Ability to perform outbound calling effectively
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers over the phone
- Experience with warm calling techniques is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
