Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller Executive to connect with prospective students, provide information about our cybersecurity courses and training programs, follow up on enquiries, and support the admissions and sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on course enquiries.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to enquiries regarding cybersecurity courses, training programs, fees, and admissions.
- Explain course details, benefits, and available training options clearly to prospective students.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, websites, and other sources.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, student enquiries, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Identify prospective students' requirements and guide them toward suitable courses.
- Coordinate with the sales and academic counselling teams to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets and contribute to admission targets.




- Maintain qualified communication with prospective students.
- Update lead details and follow-up activities in the CRM or designated tracking sheets.

Required Skills
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and handle student enquiries professionally.
- Good follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in data entry.
- Ability to achieve targets and manage multiple enquiries.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Any graduate or undergraduate with relevant skills.
- Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time Industry: EdTech / Cybersecurity Training

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
