· Make outbound calls to warm leads who have applied for personal loans.

· Explain loan policy, eligibility, charges, tenure and repayment terms clearly.

· Follow up with interested customers and assist them in completing their documentation.

· Coordinate & support Credit teams for completing pending application queries.

· Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead connection(calling & connecting with customers) targets.

· Maintain accurate customer records and follow company policies & compliance guidelines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
