Job Summary

National College is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our admissions team. The selected candidates will contact prospective students and parents, explain our academic programmes, follow up on enquiries, and support the college's admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain courses, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and scholarship opportunities.
- Follow up on enquiries received through online portals, advertisements, and other sources.
- Schedule campus visits and counselling sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the admission counsellors and campus administration.




- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly admission-related performance targets.

Requirements
- Any degree preferred; candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Positive Tamil communication skills; basic English communication is an advantage.
- Pleasant telephone manner and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM systems.
- Freshers with confidence and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, educational admissions, or customer service is an advantage.
