- Make inbound & outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads.

- Handle incoming inquiries about slimming, weight management, and wellness programs.

- Explain clinic services, consultation procedures, and available packages clearly.

- Schedule appointments and encourage prospective clients to visit the clinic for consultations.

- Follow up with leads, interested customers, and existing clients.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling, appointment, and lead-conversion targets.

- Build positive relationships with clients and provide professional customer service.

- Coordinate with the clinic's sales and consultation team.

- Maintain client confidentiality and follow clinic policies.

- Good communication skills.

- Previous experience in telecalling,



telesales, customer service, or the healthcare and wellness industry is preferred.

- Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp are preferred.

- Good convincing, listening, and follow-up skills.

- Positive attitude, patience, and a target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
