Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, generating leads, following up with potential customers, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

- Explain company products, services, offers, and promotions.

- Generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities.

- Follow up with customers to convert leads into sales.

- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.

- Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer follow-ups.

- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during every interaction.





- Prepare daily calling reports and share updates with the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi; basic English preferred.

- Robust convincing, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.

- Ability to handle customer objections and follow up effectively.

- Positive attitude, patience, and a target-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass); graduates preferred.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,600.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
