We are looking for a energetic and motivated Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. The primary responsibility is to interact with customers, provide information, generate leads, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Generate leads and schedule meetings for sales teams.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and additional sales opportunities.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.




- Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies during customer interactions.

Key Requirements:

- Education: [ Graduate preferred]
- Experience: [Fresher/1-2 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales]
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in [Language Requirement – English]
- Persuasive and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to handle customer objections and work under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
