About Metamorf Life Sciences

Metamoef Life Sciences is looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and result-driven PCD Sales Executive to expand our franchise network and strengthen our presence in the pharmaceutical market.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new PCD pharma franchise partners and distributors in assigned territories.
- Generate business leads through market research, references, field visits, and online platforms.
- Promote the company's pharmaceutical product range and franchise business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, stockists, and franchise associates.
- Follow up on business enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and repeat sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, order processing, and customer support.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer follow-ups.

Eligibility Criteria
- 12th/Graduate in any discipline; or other relevant pharmaceutical background will be preferred.
- 0- 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, PCD pharma franchise sales, or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Robust follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp Business.
