? Experience: 6 months–1 year preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective candidates interested in aviation training.
- Explain aviation courses, training programmes and company offerings.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects and handle enquiries.
- Maintain accurate calling records and lead databases.
- Coordinate with the concerned teams and achieve calling targets.

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
- Prior telecalling experience, preferably in aviation, education, training or customer service.
- Good follow-up, convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.
