Job Summary

Bright Venture Consultancy is hiring a confident and communicative Telecaller to handle customer inquiries, generate leads, promote products or services, and maintain positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and customers to promote products or services.
- Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information to callers.
- Generate and qualify leads, schedule follow-ups, and update customer records.
- Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.
- Understand customer needs and handle objections effectively.
- Maintain daily call records,



client responses, and activity reports.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
- Valuable listening and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and respond to objections.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Confident, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
