Job Title: Telecaller

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle incoming customer inquiries.

- Explain company products and services clearly to customers.

- Follow up with leads, interested customers, and existing clients.

- Identify customer needs and provide suitable information.

- Maintain daily call records, customer databases, and follow-up reports.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

- Build positive customer relationships through skilled communication.

- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into potential business opportunities.

- Handle customer queries and provide timely responses.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales,



or customer support.

- Hindi communication is mandatory.

- Knowledge of any South Indian language, such as Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam, is preferred.

- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.

- Ability to handle customer objections and follow up effectively.

- Positive attitude, patience, and customer-focused approach.

- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
