Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Explain company products, services, offers, and schemes to customers.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain customer databases and update call details in the system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
