Role Overview The Telecaller will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, lead qualification and appointment setting. The person will connect with potential customers such as Hotels, Hospitals, Corporates, , Facility Management Companies, Distributors, Retailers, Resellers and other relevant businesses, understand their requirements and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from assigned databases and leads.

Introduce company's products and explain their key benefits, including sustainability, convenience, concentrated format and cost efficiency.

Identify customer requirements, product usage, current suppliers and potential business opportunities.

Qualify leads based on requirement, location, purchase potential, decision-maker details and buying timeline.

Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.

Schedule meetings, product demonstrations and calls between prospects and the Business Development/Sales team.

Follow up consistently with prospects through calls,



WhatsApp and email wherever required.

Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups and lead status in Excel.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and closure of qualified opportunities.

Reconnect with inactive, old or previously contacted leads to identify current opportunities.

Collect market feedback regarding pricing, competitor products, customer requirements and objections.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling, lead-generation and appointment-setting targets.

Maintain a professional and positive approach while interacting with prospects.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
