- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.
- Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer experience.
