Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for real estate projects.
- Explain property details, project highlights, pricing, and available offers to prospective clients.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer databases, call records, and lead status updates.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve lead generation and conversion targets.
- Build positive relationships with prospective buyers through professional communication.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: PUC / 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, and MS Excel.
- Kannada and Tamil communication skills are preferred; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve targets.
