What You’ll Do:

- Identify companies that are hiring (LinkedIn, job portals, research)
- Reach out to HRs, founders & hiring managers
- Start conversations & pitch recruitment services
- Understand hiring needs & qualify leads
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development team
- Maintain lead database & track outreach
- Follow-ups to convert leads into opportunities

Who Can Apply:

- Confident & comfortable speaking with recent people
- Good English communication (spoken & written)
- Strong interest in networking, research & outreach
- Self-driven, consistent & target-oriented

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
