- Experience in Tekla Structures for 3D modeling of PEB structures

- Create 3D models, generate fabrication blueprints, perform clash checks, prepare material lists, handle RFIs, and update models based on revisions

Role & responsibilities

- 3D Modeling: Build accurate 3D models of PEB structures (including columns, rafters, beams, purlins, and girts) using Tekla Structures software.

- Fabrication Blueprints: Generate explicit shop assembly drawings, single-part drawings, and erection layouts for the factory floor and site teams.

- Clash Checking: Run automatic tests in the model to find and fix overlapping parts or structural errors before production starts.

- Material Lists (BOM): Pull exact lists of steel materials, weights, bolts, and cutting logs (NC files) directly from the Tekla model.

- Problem Solving (RFIs): Review the engineer's designs, catch missing details, and raise technical queries to fix gaps.

- Revision Controls: Update the 3D model quickly whenever the client or design engineer requests changes.
