– Telecaller Executive

1. Make outbound calls to existing buyers and potential customers to generate business opportunities.
2. Identify and contact retailers, wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets, and organic stores.
3. Introduce the company's products, product range, quality standards, and certifications to prospective buyers.
4. Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information, pricing, and catalogues.
5. Generate qualified sales leads and follow up with interested prospects to convert them into customers.
6. Contact existing buyers to encourage repeat orders, collect feedback, and maintain customer relationships.
7. Share product catalogues, price lists, and company profiles through WhatsApp or email.
8. Maintain and regularly update the customer database, call records, lead status, and follow-up schedules.
9. Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to address customer enquiries and facilitate order processing.
10. Achieve assigned daily calling targets and monthly lead-generation targets, and submit daily activity reports to the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
