Job Summary

Abija Exports is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to generate qualified leads, follow up on customer enquiries, promote textile and apparel products, and support business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for customer communication, lead generation, sales follow-ups, and maintaining solid customer relationships to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing clients.
- Generate qualified sales leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow up regularly with customers to convert enquiries into orders.
- Share product catalogues and company information through WhatsApp and email.
- Explain product details and respond to customer enquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
- Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up reports using MS Excel.
- Reactivate inactive leads and develop repeat business opportunities.
- Achieve agreed daily calling, lead-generation, and follow-up targets.
- Submit daily activity reports and maintain accurate customer records.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support,



or sales coordination.
- Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good lead-generation, persuasion, and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp Business.
- Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and maintain organized records.
- Target-oriented mindset and professional telephone etiquette.

Mandatory Language Requirements Candidates must be proficient in all five languages:

- Tamil
- English
- Hindi
- Malayalam
- Kannada

Proficiency in all five languages is mandatory for effective communication with customers across different regions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be evaluated based on agreed targets for:
- Daily outbound calls.
- Qualified leads generated.
- Timely customer follow-ups.
- Enquiry-to-order conversion rate.
- Orders generated through telecalling.
- Accuracy of customer records and daily reports.
