Non-negotiable Core Skills:- Excellent communication (English minimum) and organisation, ability to work as part of a team or solo, trustworthy and honest, grasp and adapt to complex and evolving situations calmly and robustly.

Ideal Certs:- AWS, Azure, ABCP/CBCP, PMP

Ideal Experience:- AWS Technical/Solutions Architect, DR, Software proficiency (Visio / Fusion Risk Management, MS Office)
