We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Telecaller with 1–2 years of experience in customer communication, lead generation, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert potential leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.

- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide relevant information about products or services.

- Generate leads, identify customer requirements, and schedule appointments.

- Explain products and services clearly to prospective customers.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

- Follow up with interested prospects to improve conversion rates.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion.

- Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships.

- Prepare daily call reports and update customer databases or CRM systems.

Requirements & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling,



telesales, customer support, or lead generation.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email, and CRM tools.

- Positive convincing, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.

- Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.

- Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or the local language is preferred.

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
