Role & responsibilities

- Develop and maintain machine vision inspection systems for production lines.
- Configure and troubleshoot industrial cameras, lenses, lighting, and vision sensors.
- Program and optimize vision software for defect detection, measurement, and component identification.
- Integrate vision systems with PLCs, robots, and automated machinery.
- Perform root cause analysis for vision inspection failures and false rejections.
- Improve inspection accuracy, cycle time, and production efficiency.
- Support recent product development, process validation, and automation projects.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards.
