- Attend to all the Breakdown calls of Midmark (Janak) Products.

- Will be responsible to take care of New Delhi, NCR- Noida, Gurgaon etc. & surroundings.

- To travel outside the base location (within the North region) to attend any breakdown call or Installation when needed.

- Carry out Installations of Midmark (Janak) Products.

- Update daily calls & installations through Mobile App/ Service Report.

- Need to support for Pre & Post Sales Demonstrations and Activities.

- Need to do onsite troubleshooting of Electrical and Electronics parts used in Motorised Products.

- Logistical works of current supply and demo need to take care and manage independently.

- Follow-up on quotations against spares/services & thereafter follow-up for closure.

- Collection of payments against spares & service charges.

- Carry out the Preventive Maintenance & AMC/CMC services.

- To conduct value added service like on-site trainings, Tech Camp, PMS etc. at hospitals for the end users.
