Job Brief : We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile technician to join our facilities services team in India. This role demands a multi-skilled professional capable of performing a wide range of technical maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation and safety of our facilities by promptly addressing technical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and collaborating with various departments to support operational efficiency.

This position requires a proactive approach, robust problem-solving abilities, and adherence to safety and compliance standards within the facilities services industry.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across multiple systems, providing timely and effective repairs to minimize downtime.
- Install, test, and commission new equipment and systems in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections using company software and reporting tools.




- Collaborate with facility management and other departments to plan and execute maintenance schedules and emergency repairs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during all maintenance and repair activities.
- Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts, coordinating with procurement to replenish supplies as needed.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and apprentices, fostering skill development within the team.
- Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact on operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes, reduce costs, and improve service quality.

Qualifications :
