Job Brief : We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile technician to join our facilities services team in India. This role demands a multi-skilled skilled capable of performing a wide range of technical maintenance and repair tasks across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems within commercial and industrial environments. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation and safety of all facility equipment, contribute to preventive maintenance programs, and respond promptly to service requests.

This position requires a proactive approach, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team to uphold the company’s commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective repair solutions promptly.
- Conduct inspections and testing of facility systems to detect potential issues and recommend necessary upgrades or replacements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service requests, and inventory of tools and spare parts.




- Collaborate with facility management and other technical teams to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize operational disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations during maintenance and repair activities.
- Respond swiftly to emergency breakdowns and provide technical support to minimize downtime and maintain business continuity.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems as per company and industry standards.
- Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance processes and enhance service quality.

Qualifications :
