- Responsible for Maintenance of plant machines, perform preventive maintenance, break down maintenance, calibration with all related documentation.
- Responsible to maintaining Electrical/Instruments, emergency power, power controls, motor controls, machine control, electrical heat tracing, lighting protection, cable tray, fire alarm, public address, plant security system, card access system and ETC.
- Responsible for the earthing pit testing and its compliance.
- Maintenance of Uninterrupted power supply and its schedule checking of battery,
- Maintenance of power Distribution panel, Equipment Distribution panel and main Power Distribution panel.
- Maintain the all logbook related to electrical such an electrical panel reading, UPS reading Preventive Maintenance of equipment's and calibration and instrument ETC.
- Maintain required inventory related to electrical & ensure minimum breakdown,
- Adhere to current technologies, cGMP, USFDA, MHRA & TGA and other regulatory audits,
- Responsible to execute the other assigned activities by Head Engineering.
